Do I have to pay a start fee? Yes, when you join as a member for the first time, your membership includes a one-time start fee of 950 SEK, which covers a comprehensive introduction to ensure you get the best start to your training. Read more here
How do I book my introduction/follow-up? Please email the studio at info@pilatescomplete.se and we’ll help you reserve your time. Alternatively, speak with one of our instructors and we’ll help you book a time!
What is the follow-up? Follow-ups are the meetings held in conjunction with your introduction. During your follow-up we review how your training has developed over the past 12-months and go over your previous goals as well as any new goals you may have for the new year.
Your follow-up is available to every member at no extra charge. If you’ve registered for an annual or 12-month membership, please reach out at your renewal date and we’ll help you book your time. If you’ve registered under a monthly non-binding membership then you must have completed 12 monthly payments before booking your follow-up.
Do I need to take my introduction before booking classes? No, you do not need to wait to book your introduction before taking classes. You can begin taking classes right away. Many members find that taking a few classes before their introduction can help them understand the principles presented to them and gain a better understanding.
Can I rebook missed course occasions? You’re welcome to book all missed course occasions into our drop-in calendar! All missed sessions must be rebooked within three months after the end of your course.

Can I rebook my missed drop-in session? Yes, missed drop-in sessions are rebookable 3-months after the registered drop-in class. Cancellation must be made at least 2-hours before the booked drop-in to be eligible to rebook.
What are your booking and cancellations policies? Cancel at least 2 hours before the class to avoid a penalty. You can late cancel up to 60 minutes before class - after 3 late cancellations, a 250 kr fee applies. Missed Reformer/weight class: 325kr fee charged immediately after a missed check-in. Mat based classes: 250 kr fee after 3 no-shows. Personal Training must be canceled at least 24 hours before the session, or the full amount is charged.
Do all memberships have the same policies? Yes.
Can I use friskvårdsbidrag? If you have a wellness allowance, you can easily use it for our services. We accept Epassi and can assist those with other services. You can easily find your receipts in the Wondr app. Read more here
Does my membership renew automatically?
Group Training Membership: Group Training Monthly Subscription runs automatically until terminated by the Member, with cancellation required at least 7 days before the new period starts. If termination has not been made, the membership is renewed for an additional one (1) month.
12-Month Group Training: 12-Month Group Training runs automatically until terminated by the Member, with cancellation required at least 7 days before the new period starts. If termination has not been made, the membership is renewed for an additional 12 months.
Annual Group Training: Annual Group Training runs automatically until terminated by the Member, with cancellation required at least 7 days before the new period starts. If termination has not been made, the membership is renewed for an additional one (1) year. The Annual Group Training plans cannot be terminated early. Members must pay for the full period.

Can I freeze my membership? Memberships can be frozen for up to three (3) months, with a minimum of one (1) month, due to injury, illness, pregnancy, or temporary relocation. The period for freezing amounts to a maximum of three (3) months and a minimum of one (1) month.
