Memberships & Renewals
Does my membership renew automatically?
All monthly memberships are automatically renewed on the 27th day of each month.
Non-binding Monthly subscription: Renews automatically unless cancelled at least 7 days before the new monthly period.
12-month membership: Renews automatically for another 12 months unless cancelled 7 days before renewal.
Annual membership: Renews automatically for another year unless cancelled 7 days before renewal. Annual plans cannot be terminated early.
How long is my 10-session card valid for?
Your 10-session card is valid for 12 months from the purchase date and will not renew automatically. To add more sessions, please contact us at info@pilatescomplete.se.
Do I have to pay a start fee?
Yes. New members pay a one-time start fee of 950 SEK, which includes a personal introduction to Pilates to ensure the best possible start to your training.
Can I freeze my membership?
Yes. Annual and 12-month memberships can be frozen for 1–3 months due to injury, illness, pregnancy, or temporary relocation. For medical freezes longer than 3-months a doctors certificate is needed.
Can I use friskvårdsbidrag?
Yes. You can find all your receipts in the Wondr app. You are also welcome to register your Epassi or Benify with us. Please contact us at info@pilatescomplete.se and we will guide you further.
When are membership fees billed?
Memberships are billed monthly in advance on the 27th of each month and withdrawn from the registered payment profile in your account.
