Drop-In Class: WEIGHTS

Enhance muscle tone, posture, and overall strength through controlled movements.

Join us for our Pilates Weight Class, which blends core Pilates techniques with the use of 12kg, 8kg, and 4kg weights for a full-body workout.The class targets different muscle groups and is suitable for all fitness levels, with modifications available as needed. Build lean muscle, increase endurance, and achieve a stronger, more sculpted body with us.
