This special week is all about exploring new ways to move and reconnect with your body after summer. You’ll have the chance to join a variety of 55-minute classes — each with a unique focus, designed to build strength, deepen awareness, and introduce you to different training styles.
During Kickstart Week we offer:
Group drop-in classes are available to non-members for just 225kr per class
Personal Training sessions can be booked at a special drop-in rate of 845kr per session *Limited times and spaces avaliable. If you’re interested in a specific personal training time that isn’t listed, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We’ll do our best to coordinate a session that fits your schedule with our team.

Join us for our Pilates Weight Class, which blends core Pilates techniques with the use of 12kg, 8kg, and 4kg weights for a full-body workout.The class targets different muscle groups and is suitable for all fitness levels, with modifications available as needed. Build lean muscle, increase endurance, and achieve a stronger, more sculpted body with us.

This beginner-friendly class is open to all fitness levels, with exercises adjustable for different resistance levels, ensuring you get exactly what you need from the session!
