Kickstart week

This special week is all about exploring new ways to move and reconnect with your body after summer. You’ll have the chance to join a variety of 55-minute classes — each with a unique focus, designed to build strength, deepen awareness, and introduce you to different training styles.

During Kickstart Week we offer:

  • Group drop-in classes are available to non-members for just 225kr per class

  • Personal Training sessions can be booked at a special drop-in rate of 845kr per session *Limited times and spaces avaliable. If you’re interested in a specific personal training time that isn’t listed, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We’ll do our best to coordinate a session that fits your schedule with our team.

Whether you're curious about adding PT to your Pilates routine or just want to sample different class formats, Kickstart Week is the perfect way to get a feel for what Pilates Complete has to offer this autumn.
