Autumn KICK START- Drop-In Class: Reformer Variations

Curious about Reformer Pilates or ready to explore new ways to train? During our Autumn Kickstart Week, we’re offering a variety of 55-minute Reformer-based classes designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and discover the versatility of the Reformer. All classes are beginner-friendly and open to all levels, with exercises easily adjusted to meet your needs.

Choose from the following formats:

  • Reformer Flow – A dynamic, graceful class that blends traditional Reformer Pilates with the fluidity of Garuda. Build strength, mobility, and control through continuous, mindful movement.

  • Reformer Restore – A calm and restorative approach to Reformer Pilates. This session focuses on alignment, breath, and gentle strength, making it perfect for beginners or anyone looking to move with more ease.

  • Reformer Jump – Elevate your training with the Jumpboard! This cardio-enhanced class adds a playful, heart-pumping element to your Reformer workout, while maintaining precision and control.

  • Reformer Strength & Burn – A powerful class designed to activate your muscles and build strength. This session takes your training up a notch while staying true to Pilates technique.

Price: 225 kr per class

Registration is binding and will only be refunded upon presentation of a medical certificate.
