Autumn KICK START- Drop-In Class: Reformer Variations
Curious about Reformer Pilates or ready to explore new ways to train? During our Autumn Kickstart Week, we’re offering a variety of 55-minute Reformer-based classes designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and discover the versatility of the Reformer. All classes are beginner-friendly and open to all levels, with exercises easily adjusted to meet your needs.
Choose from the following formats:
Reformer Flow – A dynamic, graceful class that blends traditional Reformer Pilates with the fluidity of Garuda. Build strength, mobility, and control through continuous, mindful movement.
Reformer Restore – A calm and restorative approach to Reformer Pilates. This session focuses on alignment, breath, and gentle strength, making it perfect for beginners or anyone looking to move with more ease.
Reformer Jump – Elevate your training with the Jumpboard! This cardio-enhanced class adds a playful, heart-pumping element to your Reformer workout, while maintaining precision and control.
Reformer Strength & Burn – A powerful class designed to activate your muscles and build strength. This session takes your training up a notch while staying true to Pilates technique.
