Pro Pilates Reformer

Online Studies

Pro Pilates Reformer begins with the mandatory Pro Pilates Foundation. This part of the course is completed from your home location as 100% guided self-study in our education portal. Please allow approximately 20 hours for Pro Pilates Foundation, which includes both theoretical studies and practical assignments.

Pro Pilates Foundation must be completed before attending the first in-person training day.

Course Start

You may begin Pro Pilates Foundation at any time after your registration. Once your place has been confirmed, you will receive your login details for the education portal. We recommend starting your studies no later than three weeks before the first in-person training day to allow sufficient time for the foundational part of the course.

Education via Zoom

Pro Pilates Foundation can be studied in parallel with the training sessions via Zoom. It must, however, be completed before the first in-person training day.

In-Person Sessions

• The in-person sessions will be held over a three-day period, across two weekends:

Between the in-person sessions, additional guided self-study and personal practice are required.

After the training, you will complete a practical and theoretical examination through our educational portal. Upon successful completion of the examinations, you will be awarded a license as a Pro Pilates Reformer Instructor.
