Pro Pilates Matwork Intensive: August

Online studies

Pro Pilates Matwork begins with the mandatory Pro Pilates Foundation. This part of the course is completed from your home location as 100% guided self-study in our education portal. Please allow approximately 20 hours for Pro Pilates Foundation, which includes both theoretical studies and practical assignments.

Pro Pilates Foundation must be completed before attending the first in-person training day.

Course start

You may begin Pro Pilates Foundation at any time after your registration. Once your place has been confirmed, you will receive your login details for the education portal. We recommend starting your studies no later than three weeks before the first in-person training day to allow sufficient time for the foundational part of the course.

Training via Zoom

Pro Pilates Foundation can be studied in parallel with the training sessions via Zoom. It must, however, be completed before the first in-person training day.

Wednesday, August 5th 18.00–21.00

After the course, a practical and theoretical examination is completed via our education portal. Upon successful completion of the exams, you will be awarded the Pro Pilates Matwork Instructor License.

In-Person Sessions

• Wednesday, August 12th 12.00–18.00

• Thursday, August 13th 9.00–16.00

• Friday, August 14th 9.00–13.00

• Saturday, August 15th 9.00–13.00

• Sunday, August 16th 9.00–13.00

Between the in-person sessions, additional guided self-study and personal practice are required.

After completing the course, you will take a practical and theoretical examination through our education portal. Upon passing, you will receive your Pro Pilates Matwork Instructor license.

The course materials are available in Swedish and English.
