Pilates Center Academy- Pro Pilates

In collaboration with Stockholm Pilates Center, Scandinavia’s top Pilates instructor licensing center for over 20 years, we aim to train confident, creative, and skilled instructors who make a real impact.

Pilates Center Academy offers professional Pilates instructor training through two primary programs:

Pro Pilates Matwork Intensive– This course begins with the mandatory Pro Pilates Foundation, a 20-hour guided online self-study module that covers both theory and practical assignments and must be completed before the first in-person training day. Students receive access to the education portal upon confirmation of their place and are recommended to begin their studies at least three weeks prior to the first physical meeting. The online studies can be taken alongside the live Zoom sessions. Upon successfully completing the course and exams, students will receive their Pro Pilates Matwork Instructor License.
