Pilates Center Academy- Pro Pilates

In collaboration with Stockholm Pilates Center, Scandinavia’s top Pilates instructor licensing center for over 20 years, we aim to train confident, creative, and skilled instructors who make a real impact.

Pilates Center Academy offers professional Pilates instructor training through two primary programs:

Pro Pilates Matwork – This course consists of online studies and four in-person training days, held across two separate weekends. It begins with the Pro Pilates Foundation, a 20-hour online self-study course that covers both theory and practice, which must be completed before the first weekend. Between weekends, additional self-study and practice are required. Upon successfully completing the course and exams, students will receive their Pro Pilates Matwork Instructor License.

Pro Pilates Reformer – This program also starts with the Pro Pilates Foundation. In addition to guided self-study, students must attend scheduled Zoom sessions before progressing to in-person Reformer training. Between physical training sessions, additional self-study and personal practice are required. After successfully completing both the theoretical and practical exams, students receive a Pro Pilates Reformer Instructor License.
