Prosecco Pilates- Summer 2025

Celebrate the weekend with our Prosecco Pilates event classes! What better way to enjoy a Friday than with Pilates training and a glass of bubbly at Pilates Complete?

We sweat and sparkle, chat and train, and balance together. With a sparkling glass in hand, we'll practice balance exercises, take a sip, do a roll-up, refresh our throats, do some squats, and so on.... We can't think of a better way to end the week!
