Upcoming drop in classes

Welcome to our drop-in classes!

Here, you can join in anytime without needing to be a member. You just pay per class and come whenever it suits you.

All our classes are open to beginners, making them a perfect way to get started and see what we offer.

Whether you’re new to Pilates or already have some experience, this is a great opportunity to try different sessions and find what feels right for you.

You can also use your Friskvårdsbidrag — just contact us at anmalan@pilatescomplete.se, and we’ll gladly assist with the details.

Registration is binding and will only be refunded upon presentation of a medical certificate. If you need to cancel or rebook a drop-in class, please make sure to do so on the same day, at least two hours before the class starts. Cancellations and changes must be made via email, as we’re not always available by phone. To rebook your cancelled drop-in class, you need to do so within three months of the original class date.
