Join us for a special Sunday session focused on movement, food, and overall well-being.

We’ll start the morning with an energy-boosting Pilates class led by studio owner Emma Cowan, followed by a nourishing lunch and an inspiring talk by Gothenburg-based entrepreneur Lisa Laurell.

10.00–10.55 Reformer Mat-Fusion
This unique class blends matwork and reformer training for a well-rounded experience.
Emma will guide you through a dynamic Reformer & Mat session designed to build strength, improve balance and coordination, and support your everyday movement — all while engaging multiple muscle groups in a fun, flowing way.

11.00–11.45 Talk & Lunch
Enjoy a healthy, plant-based lunch as Lisa Laurell shares her insights on the connection between food, health, and the environment.

Founder of Oh Mungood, Lisa offers practical tips on eating sustainably and making mindful choices that benefit both our bodies and the planet.
