Join us for a revitalizing Self-Care Saturday focused on strength, movement, and mindful connection — all wrapped up with a nourishing lunch and a luxurious goodie bag curated by Hanna Elfast.

12:00–12:55 | Strength & Energy-Boosting Classes
Get the best of both worlds with a split training session on the mat and the reformer:

Functional Strength Training
25 minutes of empowering, full-body movement with health and wellness profile Hanna Elfast. We’ll use props and weights to build strength, resilience, and confidence — all while moving with intention.

Reformer Pilates
Transition onto the reformer for a dynamic session with studio owner Emma Cowan — a workout that not only builds strength but also enhances mobility, balance, and coordination by engaging multiple muscle groups at once. It’s a fantastic way to support both everyday movement and other types of training.

13:00–13:30 | Nourish & Connect
After class, enjoy a healthy, delicious lunch from BodyBuddy, who are on a mission to show that feel-good food can also be good for you. Their meals are made from nutrient-dense, organic, and seasonal ingredients — freshly prepared in their Stockholm and Gothenburg cafés and always focused on long-term health and sustainability.

All sweets are home-baked, and great care is taken to minimize food waste and plastic use — doing good for both your body and the planet.

You’ll also receive a luxurious goodie bag curated by Hanna to round off your experience.

Upon registration, please send us an email at anmalan@pilatescomplete.se and let us know your preferred top and bottom sizes.
For registrations made after April 18th, we’ll have extra sizes available, but please note that these will be limited.

If you have any dietary restrictions, please don’t hesitate to reach out so we can accommodate your needs.

Registration is binding and will only be refunded upon presentation of a medical certificate.
If you have wellness benefits through, for example, Epassi, please contact us at anmalan@pilatescomplete.se, and we will assist you with registration before your purchase.
