Drop-In Class: Matwork Props - Spring 2025

Join us for a 55-minute class designed for those curious about the benefits of Pilates and eager to learn the fundamental techniques in a calm and methodical way.

We will cover Pilates techniques, warm-ups, as well as essential and intermediate exercises. The goal is to help you achieve a stronger, more flexible, and well-balanced body with improved body control, awareness, and posture.

Upcoming Dates

Satruday, June 28th, kl. 16.00

We will use your own body as a tool and challenge it with various Pilates props like the mini-stability ball, flexband, light weights, towels, and blocks.
