3-Day Summerboost: MIX- Reformer, Matwork, Weights (August 11th-13th, 2025)


Join us for a three-day Pilates boost—Reformer, Matwork, and Weights—designed to help you feel strong, steady, and recharged, August 11th–13th.

Day 1: Reformer Basic
Start by getting to know the Reformer. Through accessible, full-body movements, you’ll train in multiple positions—lying, sitting, and standing—to improve mobility, strength, and balance. Perfect if you're new or want to reconnect with the essentials.

Day 2: Matwork Basic
Learn the core principles of Pilates Matwork with exercises that are both simple and effective. You'll move through all planes of motion and build strength, control, and body awareness—without any equipment.

Day 3: Weights Basic
Explore the fundamentals of our Pilates Weights format. Using kettlebells (12kg, 8kg, and 4kg), you’ll focus on smart technique, functional movement, and adaptable strength work that supports your progress in every format.

Spaces are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional spots may open depending on demand and availability, as long as space remains in the course.
