In this workshop I will teach you how to make your own dips, nut and coconut butters – free from nasty artificial ingredients and preservatives – proving that great taste and good nutrition can go hand in hand. Not only will this workshop teach you great recipes for nourishing, energising and delicious snacks that you can make at home, but the best part of the afternoon is that you will be able to TASTE and take home the recipes and sample gifts.
