3-Day Summerboost: Reformer- Basic, Strength, Jump (August 19th-21st, 2025)
Join us August 19–21, 2025, for a 3-day Reformer Pilates course designed to deepen your practice through three themed days focused on flow, restoration, and strength.
Day 1: The Essentials
On this first day, you’ll get to know your Reformer machine through simple and effective exercises. You'll train your body in all planes and try Reformer exercises in lying, sitting, and standing positions, improving strength, mobility, and balance.
Day 2: Reformer Strength
Building on the foundation of our "Reformer Basic" class, this dynamic session is designed to amplify your strength, activate muscles, and embrace the burn like never before.
Day 3: Reformer Jump
Incorporating the Jumpboard into your Reformer Pilates practice offers a dynamic and impactful way to enhance your workouts. Designed as a padded platform that attaches to the foot of the Reformer, the Jumpboard brings a cardio-focused element to the Reformer, while maintaining the core principles of control, alignment, and mindfulness. This is perfect for those wanting to shake up their Reformer workout and keep your sessions engaging and motivating. From single-leg jumps to intricate footwork patterns, the possibilities are endless.
