3-Day Summerboost: Reformer- Basic, Restore, Flow (July 14th-16th, 2025)

Join us for a three day course on the reformer focusing on restorative and flowing exercises! July 14th-16th, 2025

Day 1: The Essentials
On this first day, you’ll get to know your Reformer machine through simple and effective exercises. You'll train your body in all planes and try Reformer exercises in lying, sitting, and standing positions, improving strength, mobility, and balance.

Day 2: Reformer Restore
This class blends mobility-focused movement with deep, feel-good stretches and inner strengthening exercises. Through smooth, intentional sequences, we’ll work to release tension, improve stability, and support your body’s ability to move with ease. Expect a thoughtful mix of supported stretches, activation work, and simple mobility exercises.

Day 3: Reformer Flow
A flowing and dynamic Reformer class. The focus is on coordination, variation, and movement sequences inspired by Pilates, Garuda, and yoga.

Spaces are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional spots may open depending on demand and availability, as long as space remains in the course.
