Memberships & Payments

Does my membership renew automatically?

All monthly memberships are automatically renewed on the 27th day of each month.

• Non-binding Monthly subscription: Renews automatically unless cancelled at least 7 days before the new monthly period.

• 12-month membership: Renews automatically for another 12 months unless cancelled 7 days before renewal.

• Annual membership: Renews automatically for another year unless cancelled 7 days before renewal. Annual plans cannot be terminated early.

Can I freeze my membership?
Yes. Memberships can be frozen for 1–3 months due to injury, illness, pregnancy, or temporary relocation. For medical freezes longer than 3-months a doctors certificate is needed.

Can I use friskvårdsbidrag?
Yes. You can find all your receipts in the Wondr app. You are also welcome to register your Epassi or Benify with us. Please contact us at info@pilatescomplete.se and we will guide you further.

When are membership fees billed?
Memberships are billed monthly in advance on the 27th of each month.
