Do all memberships have the same policies?
Yes, all memberships follow the same booking and cancellation policies.

Does my membership renew automatically?

• All monthly memberships are billed on the 27th of each month.

• Monthly subscription: Renews automatically unless cancelled at least 7 days before the new period.

• 12-month membership: Renews automatically for another 12 months unless cancelled 7 days before renewal.

• Annual membership: Renews automatically for another year unless cancelled 7 days before renewal. Annual plans cannot be terminated early.

Can I freeze my membership?
Yes. Memberships can be frozen for 1–3 months due to injury, illness, pregnancy, or temporary relocation.
