In the heart of the Haga/Linné district, Pilates Complete opened in August of 2010, within the beautiful premises of a former corset factory (Korsettfabriken). Our studio is accommodated in a bright premises with two open studios for group training classes and courses; as well as, a PT studio with complete equipment from STOTT PILATES® and Garuda Apparatus. You are always welcome to enjoy a nice cup of tea before or after your practice in the lounge. Pilates Complete is also unique for having two large private terraces for outdoor training by the verdant Skansberget. In our small boutique you can also shop for pilates equipment and healthy products.

Functional and challenging circle training where strength and mobility exercises are matched with fitness and balance training. In this class, we use varying Pilates props and machines.
GYROKINESIS® is a flowing and relieving form of exercise that provides increased mobility and stability, with soft, dance-like movements. The purpose is to strengthen, stimulate and mobilize muscular, lymphatic, blood and fascia systems with self-massage, fluid, soft and circular movement sequences sitting on a stool, as well as standing exercises and on the floor.
Basic training to get to know the Pilates technique, learn STOTT PILATES® warming‑up, essential and intermediate exercises. Gain a better body control, placing and technique. In this class, we only use our own bodies as a training tool.

In this class, you train your body through various asanas (positions), breathing and relaxation exercises. Yoga improves concentration, builds strength and release blockages in the body. A queue class aimed at physical and mental well-being.

This mat-based Pilates class is based on exercises composed of series and flows. The trainee class is taught by a student at Pilates Complete Education and is part of the examination in PCE GRUND. This is an opportunity for the student to practice teaching Pilates. The class is taught in Swedish.
