2025 COURSE: Postnatal Pilates - Mat & Weights for Moms & Babies v.19

This Pilates course is specially designed for new mothers looking to ease back into exercise. With a focus on rehabilitation, body awareness, stability, and strength, the program incorporates bodyweight exercises and kettlebells (4kg, 8kg, and 12kg) to help you gradually rebuild strength after pregnancy and childbirth. Each session is tailored to support your recovery by strengthening your pelvic floor, deep abdominal, and back muscles while improving posture and control.

The course is structured to include your baby, creating a shared, active experience. You can join once your midwife or doctor gives approval, typically between 8 to 12 weeks postpartum.

Course Start: May 5th, Mondays, kl.09.00 (v.19-26)
