Team Pilates Complete invites your to Instagram LIVE January 24 – 30!

We offer free Pilates classes every day between january 24´th and 30. Join us online and sculpt your pilates body to be strong and flexible. Feel great after 45 minutes and amazing after 1 week! Wherever you are, you can train together with us and experience Team Pilates Completes high quality classes.

Place: The Instagram LIVE – event is held online on Instagram. All you have to do is open up your instagram account and follow us @pilatescomplete on the day and time that attracts you. Thats it!
No registration, advance booking, payment or check-in required.

The founders and owner of Pilates Complete gives a short presentation about pilates, they also answer all your questions and gives a guided tour at the studio. You will feel like you have visited our beautiful space irl<3

17:00 – 17:45 LIVE class  with Miray  ( English)  – Pilates puls

Pilates puls is a high intense pilates class with lots of rythm with an extra repetition at the end of every excercise. This pilates workout is a full body program where the classical pilates style meets the more contemporary approach. Pulsing, pushing and sweating! Push it!

Tuesday January 25th

15:45 – 16:30 LIVE class with Emma ( English) – Pilates strength

Improve your strength in arms, legs and shoulders with this strengthening matwork class. Shape the body in an effective way and build strength from the inside out! Core work is guaranteed.

Wednesday January 26th

12:00 – 12:45 LIVE class with Elodie ( English) – Gyrokinesis

Welcome to this Gyrokinesis class with movements that addresses the entire body. You will open energy pathways, stimulate the nervous system, increase range of motion and create functional strength through rythmic, flowing movement sequences. Coordinate movement, breath and mental focus. In this clas you need a stool or chair.

Thursday January 27th 

19:30 – 20:15 LIVE class with Natalia ( English) – Pilates Flow

Pilates Flow is a Garuda, Yoga & Gyrokinesis and Martial arts inspired workout with flow, rhythm and variety. In this class, you get to practice standing, sitting and lying sequences on the mat. A fusion class where many wonderful techniques meet for a more flexible body and a free mind.

Friday January 28th

12:00 – 12:45 LIVE class with Emma ( English) – Pilates power

Functional, powerful and challenging pilates training where strength and mobility exercises are interspersed with fitness, cardio and balance. High intensity class with heart rate boosting exercises combined with simple and functional strength exercises.  A complete body boost!

Saturday January 29th

14:00 – 14:45 LIVE class with Miray ( English ) – Pilates Barre

Increase the intensity of your Pilates workout and tone your muscles from head to toe with dancing Barre exercises. In this class you train standing and might need a barre, chair or higher table to help with the balance.

Sunday January 30th

11:15 – 12:00 LIVE class with Natalia ( English ) – Pilates Matwork

Basic training to get to know the Pilates technique, and warm up, essential and intermediate exercises. Gain a better body control, placing and technique. In this class, we only use our own bodies as a training tool.
