Open House Online on Instagram March 26-27th 

For ten years we have had an Open House at Pilates Complete. This year we will do it differently and offer you a two-day open house online. Instead of just inviting all wonderful people in Gothenburg, we invite the whole world to our beautiful studio!

  • We give live tours where we show you the pt studio with all our pilates equipment, we present our big studio where we teach our classes and also show you the cozy lounge.
  • We show you the view from our terraces and we might even offer a vist “behind the scenes” so you can see where Team Pilates Complete is housed on a daily basis.
  • We offer free Pilates classes every day and answer all your questions about pilates, the team, the studio or what ever you want to know!
  • Wherever you live, you can join and experience Pilates Complete in Gothenburg Sweden together with Pilates passionate people all over the world. We long to show you our beautiful studio. We want to share the pilates training with you.HOW & WHERE?

    Booking: Not needed!

    Price: 0 SEK The event is free!

    Place: The Open House event is held online on Instagram. All you have to do is open up your instagram account and follow us @pilatescomplete on the day and time that attracts you. Thats it!
    No registration, advance booking, payment or check-in required.

    Everyone is welcome! Easy peasy in other words.

    Schedule:

    Friday March 26th

    08:15– 09:00 Live class  with Natalia ( English)  – Morning moves matwork flow

    Matwork Flow is a Garuda, Yoga & Gyrokinesis and Martial arts-inspired workout with flow, rhythm and variety. In this class, you get to practice standing, sitting and lying sequences on the mat. A fusion class where many wonderful techniques meet for a more flexible body and a free mind.

    11:00 – 11:30 Live studio tour  ( Swedish ) with Linda & Jasmin

    The founders and owner of Pilates Complete gives a guided tour at the studio. The also talk about how they work closely together with Team Pilates Complete, always aiming to be in the front line when it comes to Pilates in Sweden.

    12:00 – 12:45 Live class with Orsi ( English) – Pilates with flexband

    Improve coordination, strength and mobility and shape the body in an effective way. In this class you practice with a Flexband.

    13:00 – 13:30  Live studio tour ( English ) with Emma

    Emma from Team Pilates Complete gives a guided tour at the studio. She also presents the variety of quality group-training, personal training, courses and workshops offered in pilates, yoga, garuda and barre.

    16:00 – 16:45 Live class with Emma ( English) – Pilates with weights

    Functional and challenging pilates training where strength and mobility exercises are interspersed with fitness and balance. In this class you need two weights ( 0,5 – 2 kg)

     

    Saturday March 27th

    08:30 – 09:45 Live class with Miray ( Swedish ) – Pilates with Towel

    Challenge your strength and balance in this total body workshot. In this class you need two towels, or socks.

    11:00 – 11:30 Live studio tour in English with Emma ( English)

    Emma from Team Pilates Complete gives a guided tour at the studio. She also presents the variety of quality group-training, personal training, courses and workshops offered in pilates, yoga, garuda and barre.

    12:30 – 13:15 Live class with Miray ( English ) – Barre

    Increase the intensity of your Pilates workout and tone your muscles from head to toe with dancing Barre exercises. In this class you train standing and might need a barre, chair or higher table to help with the balance.

    13:30 – 14:15 Live class with Emma ( English) – Pilates power

    High intensity class with heart rate boosting exercises combined with simple and functional strength exercises.  A complete body boost!
