In the heart of the Haga/Linné district, Pilates Complete opened in August of 2010, within the beautiful premises of a former corset factory (korsettfabriken). Our studio is accommodated in a bright premises with two open studios for group training classes and courses; as well as, a PT studio with complete equipment from STOTT PILATES® and Garuda Apparatus. Enjoy a nice cup of tea before or after your practice or take a soothing massage in our treatment room. Pilates Complete is also unique for having two large private terraces for outdoor training by the verdant Skansberget. In our boutique you can shop for functional, unique and comfortable training clothes from FitFit Active wear, pilates equipment and mats.
In 2016 Pilates Complete was named as the worlds most beautiful and inspiring Pilates studio. Merrithew describes the studio as airy, white and “breathtaking”, with its large windows and spacious areas.

Get optimal results for the entire body in this fantastic Pilates machine. In this cardioclass, we use small props like the Fitness Circle, Toning Balls, Wobblies and Mini Stability Ball on the SPX Max Reformer with box for challenging strength exercises, balance and stamina.
Pulse-pounding and high-intensity training with jumping in the Pilates Reformer machine. Interval class where cardio is mixed with strength exercises. Note: JUMPBOARD requires basic knowledge of the reformer machine. Not recommended for people with neck or lumbar problems.
In this class, you train your body through various asanas (positions), breathing and relaxation exercises. Yoga improves concentration, builds strength and release blockages in the body. A queue class aimed at physical and mental well-being.
